Danielle’s Foundation is bringing back our Therapist of The Year Contest to help a child with cerebral palsy or brain injury AND their hardworking therapist!

Due to the overwhelming response and large number of nominations, we are pleased to announce that we have decided to continue this contest to honor more special therapists for their hard work and dedication. (if you have already applied for the 2010 contest, there is no need to apply again, we will roll all the other applications over for consideration for the 2011 contest!)

All you need to do is complete an application nominating your child’s favorite therapist and telling us why they deserve to be honored and recognized. The winning family will be awarded a $2,000 grant for their child to receive FREE therapy sessions with their nominated therapist. In addition Danielle’s Foundation will also donate $2,000 to the therapy center to directly help support their continued great work.
