Assist individuals of all ages who are visually impaired, blind and multi-disabled. They offer an Early Intervention Program (birth- 3 years old), a pre-school for children 3-5 years old, and a school for multi-disabled students up to age 21. Their programs also include: medical, vision, low vision, psychiatric and rehabilitative services, managed long-term care, residential services, and health programs.

GuildScholar Award:

This award grants anywhere from 12 to 15 scholarships of approximately $15,000 apiece to legally blind high school seniors from all over the U.S. who have been accepted a non-sectarian fully accredited colleges and universities. Children’s Vision Health Initiative:

This program conducts weekly telephone support groups for parents of blind and visually impaired children from around the country, and each group is based on a particular eye condition. All groups are professionally facilitated by a social worker or psychologist, and are FREE and open to anyone who is a parent or legal guardian of a visually impaired child.
