Maternal and Child Health

This program is available to children with special healthcare needs, such as those that result from brain injury and cerebral palsy. Under Title V of the Social Security Act, this program allocates money for certain services such as financial assistance, care coordination, special healthcare clinics, and information and referrals.

The program and its services vary from state to state. For more information, contact your state’s Department of Health and Human Services.
