Crime Victim Compensation Fund

Children whose brain injury or cerebral palsy is the result of a crime may be eligible to receive funds from their state’s Crime Victim Compensation Board.

To determine what your state offers, as well as what your child may be eligible for, log on to the National Association of Crime Victim Compensation Board’s website at www.nacvcb.org.
